Does this need to be Replaced?

I have this one that was on my BB 727 Since purchased. it weighs about 2.5/3 pounds. The rubber isolation is deteriorating. The trans was not original. I ditched it. likely was a cast crank model. "C"body? If all was stock to the car and known as such it would have stayed.

Is it trans issue, alignment issue,? Not sure, but my car is pretty vibration free without it, based on a muscle car approach.
