Cruising outlawed on South Main Street, Salinas, California where I used to hang out (and found the love of my life-but we later broke up). We used the restroom (and sometimes even ate there) at a coffee shop located at 32 John Street, now called Norma's but back in the '70's it had a different name (Golden West).
