Made in the USA

As indicated by this thread I started I am the type of person that reads the nutrition label on food before I buy and same goes for being on the lookout for "Made in China". When the economy starts back up are you going to be on the lookout?

Speaking of which, anybody still making parts purchases? I am waiting for some Covid driven sales. I've prepared myself with 3-6 months worth of living money and I haven't lost my job, wife hasn't lost hers. Debts are mortgage and a vehicle payment). We're essential workforce(Me-Wildland Firefighter and Her-grocery store payroll/finance). I am needing to make a few purchases to make my Cuda a runner and have a couple >$500 purchases. Are prices going to fall? Availability dry up?

Good idea. You just reminded me to call Scat to see if their cast 360 cranks are made here or in China.

I just called them, the guy wouldn't say where they were made beyond, "They are cast overseas but machined in house. The only ones made 100% in the US are the billet cranks." Damn, I just don't have that kind of scratch. Looks like I won't be going with an internally balanced 3.580" crank...
