Start small and just reduce a few calories each day. Just take one less bite at every meal. You won’t notice it.

Hell if you just cut out 2 saltine crackers worth every day you will lose 5 lbs every year. 10 years from now you will weigh 50 lbs less. One less bite at every meal and you can triple that.

You just have to want to...and be persistent.
