To answer these there is the question of... Budget :poke:
You can get a front disc swap from numerous cars at the junkyard I got everything from an 88 diplomat (that I ended up not using).Pirate Jack makes pretty good kits that are inexpensive and use a lot of stock parts. More pricey but everyone loves the Wilwood Kits (even I do but it was out of my budget)
Front suspension again...Budget?
If leaving stock you can do a bushing rebuild kit (what I did). I purchased from PST, they are a vendor here and got the max kit for around 400 I think. Added front and rear sway bars and then KYB shocks all around. I think I came out at 800 for everything. For me this was best (and in my small budget) because my car is just a slurpee run can and weekend cruiser with the family.
Or you can go with a QA1 type suspension kit with bilstein or viking shocks that a lot of FABO members really like. Then a bigger budget gets you full independent suspension swap. These are pretty bad *** but also around 4k starting not including any fabrication work needed.
