Steering column not centered to cluster

I pulled the steering column on my 66 barracuda today to repair the coupler and lower dust cover. I reinstalled the column and noticed it's not centered in the cluster.

I never noticed it before. Anyone ever come across this? I don't see any kind of adjustment side to side, so I'm thinking of slotting the holes to get it over. Good or bad idea or am I just not seeing the adjustment?
