I’m still thinking it’s electrical or timing in nature. I did run it a couple times with no fuel lines going to it, just full bowls, until it died and it rev’d up the same way. It’s why I’m skeptical of it being carb related. Both butterflies are opening and closing normally. Even disconnected the throttle cable and kickdown to manually move it and it didn’t change
