No it doesn’t. It only supports 03-08.
My truck was 318 TB originally, then I Turbo swapped it and now it’s hemi. Easy swap but not the easiest.

Update: found some interesting data with the MSD today. From the factory they have idle timing control enabled. If using a carb, turn this to off. I couldn’t get this junk to idle smooth and was always 10.5 afr. Set this to off and timing is rock steady and afr is up 1 full point. Also be sure to check the map sensor timing if your using the map sensor. Mine was low due to low manifold vacuum because of intake design. Working on a turtle for the intake now.

Another piece of the ever evolving puzzle came today. Gathering a few more parts and waiting on a nice weekend to install. I will be selling the carb, intake and MSD with harness when I install this.

Update: nothing to report. 1700 miles on it. Got the carb tuning almost perfect. Cranks easily, 4 barrel comes in good, 13.0-14.0 afr at cruise This is why the wideband is a must. Gave it a wash after it’s chores where done.

So far is pretty good. Only real thing I changed was the carb to a vacuum secondary. Night and day from the 800dp that I had previously. The plate was removed as it’s no longer needed. Currently working on stock ecm wiring harness while I’m off work for a couple of days during the week.

Took a break from quarantine and pulled the trans to change out the converter and change the front seal that’s leaking. The converter in it is a B&M Tork master 2400-2600 and it’s a little tight. Changing for a summit brand 2800-3200. Also installing a Trans go shift kit. Should be back together soon and I will give an update on the drive ability.

When we put the 5.7 in my son's Scamp, I had purchased a "supposed" 3000 convertor at a swap. It indeed is about that. Glad I did it. Anything less wouldn't quite cut it. These things, even stockish, want more stall.

The converter change is just what thing needed! Barks the tires on full throttle shifts. Highly recommend!!!

Took the trash truck to the dragstrip for some test-tune. 14.91 at 96 was the best. Changed the secondary spring was the only change. Drove 196 miles home, no issues. A solid 14.50 truck with a decent 60ft and I’m fine with that for now.

Hey Rob. Is the truck running with the stock ECM and if so do you have any suggestions on the wiring?

You will have to get some pictures up so others using the older transmission will be in the know. Should be a cleaner set up than what I came up with. Going to try to pull the drive train form the 07. If you think you could use 9 1/4 from the truck you are welcome to it. 392 gears with disc brakes.

I will do that. Your set up would have worked also. Sometimes the simple way works the best. I will let ya know on the rear end. Would be awesome when I go with an OD trans. I think Charles has some stuff for you.

Look at this mess! Hope to be able to get it running and then I will clean up and loom the harness.
