Which after market suppliers do a good one for a 70 Dart. Mine is a rallye dash, are they the same as a non rallye.
Or if anyone has a used oem i'd be interested

I believe the pad is the same for both clusters. We was talking about dash pads yesterday and this place was mentioned. I'm gonna try them. I'm gonna pay extra and get the metal core and send my core in and get 30 dollars back.

Have you received your DashPadPros dash pad yet? If so, are you happy with the quality? And is there an advantage to the steel core vs. ABS?

Thanks,
Jay

No I havent gotten that far yet unfortunately.

I pulled my old one out yesterday. So, I'm ready to do something. If it's possible to order from them today, I may pull the trigger.
Let me know how you like it. I got to pull mine and paint the dash. Before i order a new one.

Will do! This is on my beater '73 Scamp, so I don't care about keeping it original. That's why I asked about the difference between the steel core and ABS.

Yea im not really concerned about being orginal either as long as it appears original my interior is shot im gonna have to replace my door panels too. Im gonna try to make my own i am not paying the prices of the replacement ones

ABCmoparts.com has great pads at a great price. Great service. Bob is a standup guy.
Justdashes is not the best. Expensive, yes. I've used them. Looked nice but nowhere correct. Also they just patch the foam, not replace it.
Be careful with Dashpadpros. There is a reason he has changed his business name several times.

Thanks for the heads up! Does ABC actually manufacture their dash pads in-house, or are the only a distributor?
If it's the latter, they may be selling DashPadPros dash pads.

No ABC in AZ. makes all there own stuff. They do both ABS and original metal.
Al Fox in El Paso has DashPadPros.
