Unfinished C.A.T. steel performance balancer #HB-318

I have for sale a new C.A.T. steel performance harmonic balancer # HB-318 that appears to be unfinished. It’s for any of the 273, 318 or 340 LA engines that are internally balanced. It’s never been on an engine. The pulley face has not been finished and needs to be machined to factory specs for fitting the pulley to be at the same depth as factory. I would like to get $45 plus shipping for the balancer.
