My mom used to tell us how to use 1 sheet of toilet paper.
Poke hole in middle of sheet, stick finger through sheet, wipe *** with finger, clean finger with sheet of toilet paper that your finger goes through, then wash hands.
Just make sure to take it off before wiping your brow....
(Don't ask me how I know that....)

Funny, LOLOL, that cowboy movies almost never address this. Only ones I can think of is in "The Missouri Breaks", and "Unforgiven." I think the last fight in "Josey Wales" was out by an outhouse.
