Years ago I did this to my 73 Dart Sport AC 3 speed fan switch. Removed the guts from my old truck switch and added relays for high and medium. Low speed was fine as is.

Ok, sounds good. I'm ordering the switch. Didn't realize i need relays for each speed. Mines only a 2 speed so I'll just do the high.
