Here is the module I used. Put it in a stock AM radio and integrated the original radio buttons to work the bluetooth module.

I also added a amplifier module so none of the original radio electronics are used. It pumps a pair of 6x9's and the dash speaker pretty good.
If you really wanted to you can install a radio module too. No good radio stations around here anymore so I didnt bother. I hooked the bluetooth antenna to the cars antenna, it has good range.
