Negative, that is a radio delete plate. It's too short to fit over a glove box and the radio hole pattern is still seen on the back side.

Positive, its a 64 dart glove box trim cut down, homemade, that bolt pattern is for the glove box, on the original delete plate there is only 2 nuts that fit inside where the radio mounts 63-65 is one size and 66 is different on year cause of the change in the dash board radio.
