Sorry to hear that, hope your friend is ok. Being in close quarters gets challenging, especially if there is underlying tension. I remember living in Winnipeg, and how the crime rates fluctuated with the temperature, including the types of calls the police received, more domestic incidents in the cold winter months, and more violent crimes in the heat of summer.
The uncertainty of life today, given the seriousness of this virus and it's potential to kill thousands, added to the financial strain that so many people are feeling can easily become overwhelming. I'm glad that I am still going to work every day, getting 8 to 9 hours daily, it keeps me from stressing about what's going on, though it's impossible to ignore since it's everywhere, from the far less traffic on the roads to every person I deal with and the policy changes that have been put into effect because of the pandemic, I have to focus on what I'm doing and that makes the day go by.
