as long as you have 3/4 DD on the shaft and steering box it will but I'm sure you don't so the answer is no it will not I've been using this type of joint for sometime you'll have to machine flats on the end of the shaft to accept the DD and what ever spine is on the steering box while apart you can get rid of the cheap bearing - spring and cast piece and use a ER-16 bearing works great I'm in the process of doing this now ER16 1" Bore Standard Duty Wide Inner Ring Set-Screw-Locking Insert Bearing | Fastenal
