That an interesting call.... going to a large tourist destination city looks like going to a worse situation. More crowded it would seem? Of course, there is a lot of traffic in and out of your area too.
I read a study last night from around 13 year back, from the Federal Reserve in St Louis, examining the Spanish Flu impacts. One thing it brought out was that the mortality rates were lower in that area in the rural areas outside of the major cities.
