my 72 was originally a vinyl roof car, the roof is toast. for some reason i cant find a company that sells a replacement roof skin. does anyone know where I can grab one?

No one makes an A-body roof skin. You'll need to find a donor car.
You might try asking @Lee Robinson , he's local and has a decent amount of exterior parts from cars he's parted.

Yeah, EDH area. I dunno if he has anything like that at the moment but he'd be a good person to talk to about finding one even if he doesn't have one himself.

i hope this thread is not dead. i have 72 demon with standard vinyl top rot. i also have 70 duster parts car i have in barn for 10 years. will the roof skin for 70 duster be exactly the same as the skin on my 72 Demon?? thanks in advance.
The outer skin is the same ‘70 to ‘76. Off the top of my head there were some minor changes in the under structure over the years, but between a ‘70 and a ‘72 it should all be the same.

great thanks for the quick reply. Now i will need to see whether the water running through pin holes in the roof rotted any inner structure.

I bought mine from desert valley auto parts. Not a spec of rust anywhere. 400 plus 400 shipping a while back.
