My lower control arm has a urethane bushing pressed into it.
With many years us on it. All the lube is gone. growns when pushing up and down on it.

Was going to just put some dielectric grease on it. is there anything better????????????

Also is there any cleaning supplies thats hard on Urethane????

Hotchkis super grease Hotchkis Sport Suspension Super Grease 3101

If you don't have greaseable pivot pins then you can use the little tubes Prothane Super Grease 19-1750

Whatever you do don't use dielectric grease. As far as cleaning, I would try to avoid using any harsh cleaning chemicals. A little wd-40 should clean it up fine though.

***Edit***

Looks like rob beat me to it with the little tubes of prothane grease!

I injoy stuff like this, so thank you!
and it looks like I picked the right grease.
will be here thursday:thankyou:

what's wrong with silicone grease?
WD40?

That's what i ordered and will see if it is any different then dioletrical grease that i have.
It cost me more for shipping then it cast for the three tube of Silicone grease.

WD-40 is not a lubicant as much as a moisture dispersant.

The link given to me above was vary interesting about it.
