Fuel line through bulkhead fitting in shock tower?

What wall thickness is the pipe and the outside diameter?

It’s about 2 1/2” diameter, 1/8 wall thickness and 16” long. Enough room inside to easily fit two 3/8ths fuel line. I put plastic pipe couplings on both ends (male) so the fuel lines couldn’t run on the ends of the pipes.
