Broke it today up on the mountain.

Well. I had to order a different balancer because all the ones the parts houses get or carry have the serpentine pulley cast on to the balancer hub and no bolt on pulley provision.
Ended up ordering one from Summit that has interchangeable balance weights.

One parts house guy tried to tell me the LA 360 damper should work fine.:elmer:
The arrival date on the shipping shows it should be here on the exact same day the weather report shows snow, great.

I got the PQX/PRW SFI-approved one with the bolt-on weights for mine. I saw lots of posts on here saying the Pro Products ones are junk and like you found it's very tough to find replacement Magnum dampers that don't have the built-in serpentine belt pulley.

Snow in AZ in April?

Snow in AZ in April?

Well now it doesn't show snow, but cold and rain again.
Up until Sunday night it said snow.

I did get the header all fixed and back in the car this morning though.
Damper is supposed to be here tomorrow. (it says 61 and rain)
Maybe by tomorrow it will be 75, calm and sunny,

Rain has set in here also for a few days.
Header is the hard part.
The damper is an easy job.

Aint that the truth.
When I put the headers on the first time I called it the passenger side and the darkside.
On the passenger side all I had to do was disconnect it from the rest of the pipe, take the filter off and jack up the motor on that side a little.
It's all ready to go when the balancer gets here.

Headers on a A body are not fun.

Says who!!??...
I said it, no fun at all, went thru that on my first duster.
The current one I built has stock 340 manifolds, did not want to deal with headers.

If I had stock manifolds on my abody it would be called a choker not a stroker...
