Pancreatic cancer

I am guilty.
But age has taught me the biggest piece of **** usually had some life changing horrible thing happen to them .
I can’t believe I’m saying it, but understanding goes a long way.
hes still a racist wife beater but who knows why?
This is true. Thing with Jim is he is very quiet about his past. About the only thing I know for sure about him is he was a logger and a truck driver.
Understanding does indeed go a long way. Often times, simply asking a question may get the answer someone needs.
When I transferred to Phoenix with the USPS I was dealing with an yet to be diagnosed mental health problem. I was...well....a bit rough around the edges. Very difficult to get along with. Had a select few folks I talked with, for no other reason then they seen me for who I am. Go to work one day, some woman in a business suit came out to the floor to get me. Hmmm...Followed her into a conference room...I was in the middle of the first of many EEO complaints filed about me...In the room with me was 3 EEO employees, the plant manager, my direct boss and her boss. Told me I was accused of creating a "hostile work environment" due to my obvious hatred towards "people of color". Hmmm....I ate lunch every day with this guy Reggie, who is a "person of color". If I was assigned to work with the one "Group Leader", Curtis....I spent a lot of time talking with him...he was also a "person of color". I demanded to know who had filed the complaint against me. They bought in 3 of my co-workers...all females...
These 3 ladies accused me of being the "Grand Wizard of the Phoenix Chapter of the KKK". My response...well...did not sit well with any one....I told them what I did outside the walls of the USPS was of no ones concern but mine. Went round and round with them, just saying the same thing. I asked for a brief break. Went and got Reggie, Curtis, and the 3 females that were "people of color". I had the EEO folks read the complaint to my 5 co-workers. All of them just laughed and said that if I was a racist then they must be white because I talked with all of them.
I finally had enough...and asked the 3 woman that filed the complaint against me if it ever occurred too them that I did not talk to them for the simple matter of I did not like them, nor did I trust them. Care to guess where I was again....6 months later?
"Racism"...interesting word. I often do see folks that are a racist. But I also see groups of folks who segregate themselves, whether by accident or on purpose only they know. Often times once they segregate themselves they then will either pull out the "race card" or claim that they are victims of racism.
