i went to the web site and printed the order form which said $55. Got the correct part number and called them. I think the guys name was Charlie, told him what I needed and he said $48 with tax. I paid and he sent me a receipt and I replied back with a photo of my fender tag. It was pretty painless. Here is a pic of it. Yes it is a peel off sticker
