Was going to do this a year or so ago... had picked up a slug of T6061 aluminum, but never pulled the trigger as there were better and more fun things to do... Then along comes covid19 and the world comes to a screeching halt ! So now I call this my COVLID2020 project and fired up my Manual Lathe (No damn CNC) to make my Aluminum Billet COVer LID for my Air Cleaner... for an exact fit for the filter I use...
