I’m not a pro either, but I’ve built 5-6 cages now, one of them being NHRA certified, and I constantly learn from the last one.
If your car was a typical street car, I wouldn’t bring it up. But, you’re car will be a proper fast car and therefore, steps need to be taken to maintain a higher level of quality and safety when you’re at that level.
