Haha, as another vertically challenged member, you will like this story. Back in the early 80's I got started in trucking. As the proud occupant of the bottom of the totem pole, I was the last guy to start and got whatever truck was left in the yard. One day it belonged to a really tall guy, like 6'8" or so. The shop had to mount his seat back so he wouldn't bang his knees on the dash. I could drive it, but reaching the throttle was a PITA. At one of my first deliveries a customer had a piece of scrap 4x4, about 8" long. I asked if I could have it, then taped it to the throttle pedal. Problem solved! Except I forgot to take it off at the end of the day. Next morning I come in, and find a herd of drivers by the time clock. There, dangling from a string on the ceiling, was the 4x4 with my time card attached. It only took five years or so to stop hearing about that nonsense.

Anyway, great thread! I have to give some thought to my votes.

so your telling me the half in halfafish refers to your stature?
i always thought it referred to finish level of your barracuda
 
My son wanted to join here so he could sell some emblems. His sister had just been to the Dr., and her name was Dr. Octain, he thought that was cool, so I told him to change the name up a little bit. So, his user name here is @Dr. Octane.

Good guess, but no. I got tired of trying to explain to the unwashed my car is a Valiant. A What? Yes, a Valiant. What's a Valiant? It's the same thing as a Barracuda until you get behind the doors. Hence, a Valiant is a halfafish.
 
I'm kinda surprised that my username flew right over so many heads. Oh well. Geek humor, I guess.
