I'm still here just very sick.

Glad to hear you are on the mend. Hopefully this comes with a very healthy immunity. Looking forward to your next posting on the cool stuff you do. 100% soon my friend!

Sorry that you have become a victim of this nasty Virus. Really surprised that a certain someone has not logged on and told you how those particular meds don't work in treating the virus.
Sincerely hope that you make a full recovery....

Took the Azithromycin 5 day regimen and I was able to breath in a couple days. It was a combination of the recent meds they put me on that really kicked my ***. Withdrawals of the pain meds (Opioids) for severe diaphragm pain from coughing . I was given these for pain. Right now when I cough it feels like my chest is fractured. this past weekend I had the dry heaves for three days . All I could keep down was sips of Ginger Ale. Lost over 20 lbs. I still feel light headed and weak.

It felt like there was mucus in my chest I just couldn't cough it out. There was just no room to take air in. Like someone is standing on your chest and that gurgling sound in my chest when breathing was really bothersome . Nothing would come out. My son caught it from me and he took it like a champ. Day and a half he was fine. Getting old just sucks sometimes.

My daughter said now they lay you down put you to sleep and put you on a breathing machine. No wonder people are dying. When the regime I was on started working I would spit up a 2/3 12 oz soda bottle of a groase slime in one day. It was so thick I would scrape it off my lip with the soda bottle because it would not drop off. If they don't suck that **** out of your chest while lying there your not breathing.

I am pretty sure I caught it at the blood work center . There was a guy coughing so bad I got up and move two chairs down. I often wonder if he's alive yet.

Thanks for sharing. I would rather hear about it than live through it. Sometimes it hard not going out to pick up a few little things I'm running low on, but not worth the risk. Get back to 100%.

So did they give you a diagnosis of Corona Virus? What was the test like?

As per my doctor I went through the COVID19.

DAMN Steve!!!! Best of luck. I just found out my Super and his girlfriend are ill and evidently got it from work. I seem to have been lucky. The company didn't even bother to call me (and I'm guessing nobody else) to tell me.

As per my doctor I went through the COVID19. I don't know what was worse . Not being able to breath or the dry heaves . Or the reactions from meds they put me on now.

I was never this sick in my whole life. I am not answering PMs from the last weeks . Just wanted to let you all no I'm not dead. Yet. The meds that finally helped me were Hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin 5 day regimen

I pray for anyone that contracts this. Take the warnings serious. I am 65 Diabetic and heart failure . I lost over 20 lbs. and feel weak to walk. I am going to the garage today to hang out. I have to get out of the house.

My son bought a bunch more machines for the garage and I want to go see what Steve and the guys are doing . I miss the grandchildren. Stay Safe! Steve

Dang Man, that sucks but glad you came out the other side.
I have seen reports of reinfections in South Korea, but have not found definitive proof of that yet.
Don't risk yourself thinking you are immune now, until we know for sure.

Glad you are on the mend!
Heres hoping for a fast recovery!

Oh no!! Get well soon! I was wondering about you the other day I noticed I hadnt heard from you in a while. Man I hope you get better ans feel better soon. I hope everyone takes this seriously and stays home when they can

take it easy and get better. sounds like you got hit the hardest of anyone i've directly heard from.

Man, sorry to hear. It's good to hear you are getting better. And glad to hear your son is doing ok. Thanks for letting us know about your situation.

I'm pretty sure I had it. Same chest issues as you. I had a very hard time getting the gunk up and out of my lungs but I knew I had to. Any feeling of something moving in my lungs, I would run to the toilet and heave until I got something...anything up and out. It's scary, for sure. I'm 57 years old.

I went to the doctor early on and they tested me for influenza and strep throat and both were negative. They were only testing "at risk" groups for Covid. Doctor just said call if it gets worse.

Keep us posted!!
