440 top end power package??

My pops is looking into some hop ups for his 440 (in a B-Body) so this one caught my eye.

Can I ask a dumb question? How the heck do you actually "use" 540hp in an A-Body? Do you guys drive around on DOT legal slicks all the time? :D

I have 600 hp in my Duster. It drives easy on the street as long as you don't give it too much throttle. Around town I rarely use more than 15% throttle opening.
