Anyone with tires wider than the rear wheel opening lip, use a spacer to for their bump stops to limit tire to fender rub? My 295's will just hit the fender lip on the rear of my duster, I don't want to tuck the wheels in, but thought extending the bump stop might help with tire rub. Anyone done this? BTW how much lift should I expect with 2 passenger side 002 Super Stock springs? Am I better off just buying some 3" lift springs?

I cant answer your question directly. I can say that adding a HD rear sway bar will help some. If the tires have no clearance for all your asking for trouble. It would be a shame to shred your quarter panel or at minimum cut the sidewall of your tires.

extending the bump stop May save your tires but it won't do anything for your vertebrae, you will have a ride similar to a hardtail Harley. I have 3 in over Arch HD Springs on my Dart to clear my 275. It's a little higher than I would like

Hoping for a similar rake to your's, I had 3" lift on my 69 dart in the past, want similar on my duster but don't want to rub the tires, surely if the springs have a 3" lift then extending the bump stops a similar or slightly less amount should be fine?

with my new leaf spring pack my tires are approximately three-quarters of an inch from my fenders my tires have never rubbed the spring pack is just too rigid. But when I adjust my pinion snubber all the way up and I hit bumps it jars me pretty good

If you extend the bumpstops and limit the travel too much, and the spring rate goes infinite when it bottoms, all kids of bad things will happen.

Roll the inner fender lips gently & this might get you the clearance you need. Before I had my car painted, we bulged out the wheel openings & rolled the inner lip to get clearance. Unless a purist looked at it, you couldn't tell they had been modified. Just my .02.

Get in there and trim the lip off just inside the trim screws.
Or, if no wheel opening trim you can cut it back to just inside the welds.
I did on my car and it was well worth the effort as it gave me 3/4 of an inch more clearance, and you don't have to risk warping a panel by rolling it.
