Only difference should be spark plugs. Older heads used the sleeves.

How far are you from Indianapolis? Creating and shipping a slant six head will not be cheap.
If you are looking for a head with
new valve seals, lapped valves, certified checked springs, ready to go on the motor and will pick up in Indy send me a pm and I will work up a price.
I can also do a completely re built head, as much new as you want.
