I don’t use that math. I used a tried and tested tool that I’ve been using since 1984. It is incredibly accurate.

Edit: a 13.1 at 99 is about 295 HP at 4000 pounds.

weight/mph is fwhp of course..but
If you know the weight you can get a good calc from either known engine hp or better still an ET slip.
