Reinstalling the backseat trim in the fastback 68 Barracuda.
For the trim that goes around the rear covered panels, what holds the trim in place? Certainly there are screws that mount the fabric covered rear side panels,, is there a clip that goes under the screw head and slides into the trim.

The clips fit in the slot in the trim and look similar
to the ones used to attach the front fender splash shield rubber.

The tip on the 665-2829 clips was right on. jazak5, thank you very much.
I installed new ACC carpet in the 68 Barracuda and the issue is the covering for the sheet metal over the rear wheel wells is the same as the floor carpet. The OE material is much thinner. The OE clips are too short when used with the thicker after market covering. The 665-2829 clips are a perfect fit solution.
The OE clips are on the left, two of the 665-2829 clips are on the right. The bag had 25 of the 665-2829 clips, plenty with extras.

Thank you for your comment//I know I might look a little crazy in my posts by re-posting old treads BUT I have good recall and the info is already here..and with digital media it is cheap to record everything I do to my car and share it !! Thats what the channel is for !!! As the new members show up they can jump right in with the valuable info....You might have caught me on other pages/barracuda owners group/fishtales/mopar swap and shop.... My heart is here on Abodiesonly:icon_fU:
