I just did a 32/36 swap, I used a kit from Empi (since my work has an account with them) the car I just picked up had a super six intake and bbd carb but ran like crap, also came with a knock off bbd, put that on and if flooded big time, took it apart to find the pin for the floats was not installed correctly, fixed that and it ran OK. Then since I have time decided to install the empi kit, fired right up, idled low and smooth! Very happy with it. I was able to bend and twist the cable holder that was on the car to work.
