Valve seals...Viton or Teflon?

I like the viton better. But if something is new that comes with Teflon, I'll use them. If I have to change them I'll upgrade. And yes - no spring on the exhaust side with them.

So you pick the spring off the seal before or after it’s installed? Why? To allow a little more oil into the guide?
