Where the guitar players? ...at?

The guy I got it from made the changes from factory. Too lazy to put it back to stock.

I see it has a different pickup in the bridge .
What is it ?
I love the sound of Les Paul's, and because the scale is smaller vibrato is easier.
I just can't gel with the necks or the smaller frets up high.
