Good as new. Bought it brand new 2 weeks ago for $40 to test my tranny pressure. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Works perfectly on any 904 or 727 automatic tranny. No missing parts. I will help you test it, if needed. Extremely simple to do. Test your pressure tells you a lot. Something as simple as pressure adjustment being incorrect, kickdown linkage being misadjusted or your tranny needing rebuilt. Thank you
