383 engine mount

I need help with how to install the mounts on my 383. The drivers side looks fairly straight forward but the passenger side mount rubber is offset horizontally and looks off. The motor is suspended using a lift in pic so it it will swing into alignment. I'm just talking about how the pad sits on the mount.
