So with the extended mandatory vacation till may 4th, I decided to touch my dart. First, would not start, Carb dead. replaced with a 650 avs2. I had already replaced the passenger side rear quarter so now she is getting sanded for new paint. Gonna try a single stage metallic this time. Hope everyone is doing o.k.

Welcome back. How do you like your AVS2? Any tuning issues or did it work well right out of the box?

Good to see you back!

timing was about 35-38 btdc initial.......maybe that's why it was popping a little through the exhaust. Set timing, replaced plugs and now she is happy.

After my makeshift paint booth collapsed on my car when painting and the easy pour lid fell off when I was pouring paint, It all came out "ok". Needless to say, I got alot of debri in the paint and had to cut and buff alot. I am really happy with the results and had My son here to help. " he ran in the house when the make shift paint booth fell on the car"

You could do it yourself, doesn't take much except time and effort. I just used the recommended settings that came with the paint. Body work, clean, prep, paint.

Yep, its ALL in the prep...... Ive learned that the hard way... when u r sick and tired of sanding, keep sanding.... about the 3rd or 4th time u want to quit, u should be getting pretty close to begin with priming
