I'd like to add the '70 style exhaust tips and hangers to my '71 Dart GT.

I currently have 2 1/4" pipes to the rear bumper with an angle cut.

Where would you buy them from? I believe I've seen 2 different length tips. Which length should be used? Also, based on the pictures I've seen of the exhaust tips there are probably specific hangers that must be used. Can anyone post pictures of the hangers & mounting locations?

As always, thanks for any input/direction!

TTI also sells them, can't recall if they carry correct repros or similar styles only, check the website. I had a set of TTI's on my 70 Dart, but I know they were not original style, were slightly wider and had the logo on them, whether that was because of the 3 inch tailpipes or just my preference I don't recall. They do sell the correct style for B and E bodies, so likely they have A body too. I expect Year One sells them too.

There are 2 length tips. The correct length ends the tip with only the flat area showing outside the valence. I’ve seen many Dart with the wrong tips. Looks weird to me.
There is a guy in Tenn I think who makes stainless reprod tips.

You can get the factory tip hangers from year one etc. The holes to install them should be in your frame rails. These will locate the tips in the factory location, providing they match up with your existing pipes. Great upgrade to your car, Its gonna look good!
