It is this story I am talking about , Where the "person" who possessed the stolen car attempted to get a salvage title by letting a storage bill go into default. The storage company contacted the owner of the car, but before the real owner could get their car from the storage lot the person who put it in there paid it off and got it out. The owner eventually got their car back, but not before the "Person" stripped it. I would just be wary of a salvage title on a car that is in good shape.
