Slant dies when cruising.....

Yeah, so I took of the air cleaner for the first time (just bought the Dusty last month or so) and it looked more like an oil filter. So I was checkin it all out as I was having air/fuel trouble and realized the PCV hose was hooked up to the carb/float/bowl nipple, (yes nipple) and that had ZERO vacume so I hooked it to the proper spot (I think) at the base plate of carb. This is a Holley single. So yes, I now have it hooked to manifold pressure......if Im saying that correctly. Oh...so not more using my air filter for oil. AND since rebuilding the carb and doing a tune with proper timing adjustment (although admittedly, I did not do a valve adjustment) There is no more hesitation (ok maybe a little, but Im closer, I may do the dizzy upgrades that Trail Beast suggested earlier)....So VICTORY!
