Slant dies when cruising.....

hmmmmm... that might explain it kind of hesitating when cornering hard. i followed the instructions of having it warmed up, plug vacume advance, carb on idle circut and set to 7* ATDC. not sure about the mechanical and the initial..... how is mechanical adjusted? and how is initial measured? thanks, sorry if i don't have all the lingo down. (am i supposed to be BTDC? man, it ran soooo good after i adjusted the timing ... maybe my blind *** isn't seeing the marks correctly.... or damper had slipped...)
