Hey folks,
Hope all my fellow FABO family is doing well. The Covid-19 stuff has been rough on everyone, but silver lining is a lot of us have more time to wrench on our projects. Got the Duster running and stopping this past week and took The Boss for a ride today. First time in nearly a year! She's an RN and getting her out and her mind off work was awesome! The old 340 was music to my ears. Great day with my wife, my hooptie and beautiful weather.

Here's a video of the first time taking my junk out to the track. Which reminds me, I've gotta get back out there. That was a lot of fun.

Yes, I sold it to 'em in 1980. I purchased the vehicle (my first car) circa 1973-74 for $125.00. I found the 273 had one burned exhaust valve.

When I still had it ("street legal"), the 273 ran a best of 12.72 ET at 108 mph (Fremont Raceway).

Outstanding! Killer old drag car!!! It's cars like that that got me into drag racing and drag cars. Love it!
