340 motor mounts on 5.9 Magnum question

Can someone please confirm I have these installed properly. They are the original mounts from the 340 in my 69’Swinger bolted to a 99’ Magnum 5.9.

Not sure if it is the photo, but the bolt in the first photo on the right looks a bit wonky, like at an angle and the threads look to have been newly damaged. Second photo look similar. I would figure the bolts would be parallel to each other.
 
It might just be the camera angle, but to me it looks like a 318 bracket spread to fit, and that makes it look wonky IDK.
In any case the brackets should be true U-shaped, with 90* corners in the bottoms of the U.
Otherwise, going from memory, it looks pretty good.

The photo makes it looks worse than it really is, but no, they are not exactly in line with each other. I was more looking for if they are in the correct orientation or if I have them bolted in wrong. I took the motor out of the car 25 years ago and don’t recall how they went LOL
