[Found!] Wiring harness section for 1969 Dart

The brown wire for electric washer pump is not in this same connector. It is in the connector and harness that is routed opposite direction, toward drivers side. Thats why this brown wire has been attached to ignition circuit a couple times.
I know my memory fails but I dont recall seeing a wiper motor that didn't have the harness and bulkhead connector included.

2 speed wiper harness unplugs from the wiper motor and is separate.
 
So my wiper motor does not have an integral harness. It uses 1 of the 3 bulkhead connectors. On that same bulkhead connector is the neutral safety switch, backup light switch, washer pump motor, and wiper motor. All of those have their own connectors.

Yes, it is a 2 speed (unless you count OFF as a speed). @SGBARRACUDA, PM me your list of demands :)
