In reality, nothing needs to be level. Your simply measuring the DIFFERENCE between the perches and the pinion yoke. Leveling the perches simply makes the math easier.
This is what I was gonna do while the rear was still in the car I had the math all figured out but I was worried it would be off so I pulled it back out to level it up
