I have a Sniper on a LD340 on my 408. The cam is pretty mellow, so tell you the truth, I have never checked how much vacuum my engine pulls. Works well.
Real world info. Thanks..... I am sure this theory has been squashed but it was worth asking. One way I always tried to logically look at this is GM used TB Fuel injection in the masses and didn't have single plane intakes. Of course they had plenty of other problem with them......
