That's some real bullshittery to leave a negative for that reason. Sellers have the right to sell to whoever the hell they want to.

Seller is allowed to sell to anyone he chooses here.

just like I said, since the OP never actually bought anything, he could not leave feedback

Nope - only I can remove feedback, and I havent done so.

That said -- I am removing this feedback anyway. (and the other feedback that was edited) Here is why.

There is no such thing as "first in line to buy" - The seller can sell to anyone he wants to.
Money was never exchanged therefore as far as I'm concerned there was no deal.
