You 72 and earlier guys are lucky. On my 74, I have to switch spindles to either a rare-as-hens-teeth 73-76 A body disc spindle, or a disc spindle from one of various 80's bodies that are equally as hard to find around my way. My car has 10" drums. I just emailed Willwood to see if they might be offering a kit like your 110223. The one I'm looking at is:
