Look into having it spray foam insulated. It will not only do a good job on insulating but also does a great job at sealing the air leaks

I had my Steel building quoted for this. 30X36 top to bottom was right at 8k. Where's my Member only jacket lol.... If you can swing it your idea is the deal for sure....
